You must schedule & complete an orientation prior to booking your first session.
Reserve the main training space for your family or group (up to 10 people) to use alone. This style of use is $20/hr for use of the training mats, rings, slackline, vault stacks, gymnastics mats, heavy bag, padded weapons, balance beams, kettlebells, sandbags, bands/straps, blocks, foam rollers, parallettes, and other workout equipment. We will not be there to supervise. Therefore this does not include use of the warped wall & climbing boxes, rumble dice, peg board, salmon ladder, wooden or metal weapons. Further guidelines will be provided upon reservation and introduction to the space.
If you are interested in booking time in the space for your group, this can be done via the Member Login and Purchases page. Booking single hours is done via the "Make Appointment" tab, and will show you the current slots available on the Movement Studio calendar. If you would like to purchase 4, 8 or 12 hours at a time there is a 5%, 10%, and 15% discount at each level. These packages can be purchased via the "Sign Up Now" tab, and then used as the payment method for each hour booked via the "Make Appointment" tab.
Please read the appointment and package descriptions carefully regarding scheduling a first time in person introduction to the space, as well as on how to book your session so that it leaves time between you and sessions scheduled earlier in the day. This allows us to let people book more than one session in a row, but we need your assistance while booking to ensure adequate air exchanges between groups.
Parking can be done on Jefferson or Main St, as well as any of the neighborhood streets. Sauna users will get an electronic lock code for the rear door, this is not to be shared with anyone outside your pod. Please do not park behind the building as those spots are used by other building tenants.
